- Auto Refill can be turned on or off
- The Initial Refill determines if a refill begins when START is pressed, and must complete before running
The Start(lo) Weight and Stop(hi) Weight determine where an auto refill will begin and end.
- If Auto Refill is on, the unit will stop flow if below the Low Shutoff Weight. If Auto Refill is off, the unit will continue to run.
- The unit will trigger an alarm if above the High Alarm Weight while refilling.
- OP Adjust determines if the unit adjusts the OP (output percent) during a refill. The factor OP Adjust %/wgt is used - the OP is adjusted by this factor times the weight added.
- In the LEARN mode the adjust %/wgt will be estimated from the readings taken during a run. This calculation is done right before the unit enters REFILL mode after having reached the Start(lo) Weight.
The output adjustment will take place even if the unit has Auto Refill turned off, but the LEARN mode requires that Auto Refill be ON.
- The OP Adjust %/wgt factor may be estimated by the formula [OPHigh - OPLow]/[HiWeight-LoWeight], where OPHigh is the observed output percent at gross weight
HiWeight, and OPLow is the output percent when gross weight = LoWeight
